WHAT TO EXPECT
At this event, you’ll find over 30 of the area’s best restaurants & food purveyors dishing out a variety of $4 tacos (sold in voucher sheets of 5 for $20). Taco vouchers can be purchased at voucher stations located throughout the festival grounds and exchanged for All food item. Additional vendors will be on hand to sell additional options – cotton candy, ice creams, cakes, desserts & more! (food vendors WILL NOT accept cash, only food vouchers.
There will be bars and beverage stations serving margaritas, tequila flights, ice cold beer, water, soda & more! All bars are CASH ONLY – this is to help alleviate wait times, minimize lines and expedite the entire process. We will have Multiple ATMs on site & strongly encourage guests to bring cash as there will be NO credit card transactions.

We need help with setup (day before as well as the morning prior to the event) as well as assistance checking guests in at the gates. The ideal volunteer is outgoing, fun, and is a team-player. You will gain access into the event after your shift as well as food vouchers and a free drink ticket.

FAQ
How does the food voucher system work?
All food items will work on a voucher system with vouchers sold in sheets of 5 for $20. There will be various voucher stations throughout the festival & all vouchers will be used as cash at participating restaurants & food trucks with ALL food items priced at one voucher.
Are Kids Free?
Kids 10 & Under are free with a paying adult, and do not need a ticket.
How do the drink tickets work?
Drink vouchers can be redeemed for Beer, Margaritas, Seltzers, Mixed Drinks, Soda & Water and then purchased at participating bars on a normal cash/credit system. Multiple ATMs will be on site & strongly encourage cash sales at voucher stations.
Are pets allowed?
As much as we love our animals, this festival will only be open to service animals.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales for the Delaware Taco Festival are final. No refunds or exchanges. This is a rain-or-shine outdoor event.
In the event of severe weather, natural disaster, Act of God, government or emergency order, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control that require the festival to be postponed or rescheduled, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new festival date.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, your ticket value may be transferred to another upcoming A Taste of Your Town festival of your choice, subject to availability.
A postponement or rescheduling does not constitute a cancellation or automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
